Cancelling Orders

Orders placed on www.rootheal.com / www.roothealhomeopathy.com are non refundable at any point of the transaction. Once the payment is made for any of the services offered on the website it will not be subject to refund

Non delivery of medicines

Root Heal will furnish all the postage/shipping details to its patients. However, Root Heal cannot be held liable for failure in the delivery of medicines which gets misplaced / damaged during transit.

Payment by Indian Patients

Patients who are located in India will only be able pay for the services via RTGS or Local Cheque as the payment gateway (PAYPAL) does not support payments within India. Medicines will be dispatched post the realization of the payment. Patients within India can make their payment in Indian Rupees.

Online Appointments

Root Heal will try its best to honor the appointments taken online. However if the doctor is unavailable for any reason then the patient will be notified earlier via email.
